- You should never say anything to a woman that even remotely suggests you think she's pregnant unless you see an actual baby emerging from her at that moment.

for example, it is difficult (impossible) to continue a conversation which begins: "Are you pregnant?" "No, I had a big breakfast this morning." I know, I have been there!
